Installation

Upload the date-image-switcher-for-woocommerce folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install via Plugins Add New.
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
Ensure WooCommerce is active.
Edit a product and add date image cards under the Featured image box.
Add images with date ranges. Save.

FAQ

What timezone is used?
- The site’s timezone (Settings → General). Today is calculated via WordPress wp_timezone().
Are the date range boundaries inclusive?
- Yes. A match occurs when start_date ≤ today ≤ end_date.
Can ranges overlap?
- No. Overlapping ranges are rejected during saving with a clear error message.
What happens if multiple matches exist from older data?
- The range with the latest start date wins. If tied, the earliest array index (topmost row) wins.
