We also convert standard Si-based designs into high-performance SiC-based products.<\/p>\n<p>We are experts in modeling and simulation of electronic devices and circuits. We have numerous proprietary CAD tools in-house (such as Monte Carlo simulators) that give us design capabilities beyond what is available elsewhere. These tests use a cryogenic probe station and liquid helium or liquid nitrogen to achieve cryogenic temperatures of -269\u00b0C (liquid helium) or -196\u00b0C (liquid nitrogen).
