
Cecilia Adrogue
Cecilia Adrogué is a researcher at the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET)-in San Andrés University- and Associate professor at Austral University in Argentina. She holds a PhD. in Economics from San Andrés University, and has focused her studies in economics of education. At present she is working on the impact of the availability of public research funds on research at private universities, and on the determinants of drop-outs from high school and college.
