We are continuing with the virtual site tours -- centers, museums and other ECE-focused programs will submit a workshop proposal through the Call for Presentations (CFP) process. We created a specific track for this purpose, titled Virtual Site Tours. There is no additional fee to attend the Virtual Site Tours -- they will be scheduled among the traditional workshop schedule. See below for specific activities and relates deadlines.

Here are the upcoming activities and related timelines:

  • Call for Presentations: is live! You can now submit a workshop proposal. Start here. The deadline is Friday, September 4.
  • Registration: will be open by August 1 with our BOGOHO discount -- Buy One Get One Half Off -- more details to come.
  • Exhibit Sales: will be open first to 2026 exhibitors in September for approximately two weeks; then available to all. More details to come.
