We are very excited with the research subjects that the CDMM students are exploring this year! From artificial intelligence to social responsibility, students are looking at how the technical communication discipline is evolving and innovating.
The four research projects this year are about:
- Artificial intelligence (chatbots and natural language processing)
- Innovation in user assistance
- Technical communication for social good
- Evolution of the technical communication profession
