Settings
Most of the settings are simple to change but there are a few things to be aware of.
Slider Settings

This is where you set the slider values and labels. The output is set using shortcodes so you can change currencies and format. Note the option to change how the sliders are displayed: inline or stacked.
Be aware that the range min and max values need to match the min and max values set in the data. If you have a slider min of 100 but the lowest data value is 1000 you will get a lot of ‘no matches’.
Calculations

Options to decide how the payments and totals are calculated. The options change depending on the selected comparison type.
Number Formatting

This section lets you change how the numbers are formatted.
Features

The features display as a row with checkmarks below the outputs. See an example. The features for each bank are set up in the product editor and can be used to filter the results (see below).
Filters

If enabled the filter buttons display below the sliders using the labels from the Features option. It’s set up so you can have multiple filters. Which means if someone selects all the filters there might be no matches.
Sorting

The sorting buttons display below the sliders. When you click on one of the buttons the table updates.
You can change the labels and drag and drop to reorder. The top option will be the default. Delete the label if you don’t want a sorting option. This is important as you may not have fees as an output so there is no point in having this as a sorting option.
Number of Matches

If activated this shows the number of matches based on slider values and filters (if used). The message displays above the output table.
Outputs

These are the labels and content of each output column. They use the listed shortcodes to get the data from the data. You can then add symbols and currencies where required. Leave the label blank if you don’t want to use a column.
Ribbons, buttons and examples

A bit of a catch all section here.
The promotional ribbons show at the top of the product box. The apply button displays to the right of the output columns. The example and more info buttons display at the bottom row of each product box. See all of these in action.
The example content is pulled from the product data.
The more info is pulled from the product data or a page/post on your site. Full instructions here.
Help

A fairly rudimentary help system. You click on the button and modal displays with all the help you want to show. The contents of the modal are pulled from a page or post on your site. So you need to enter the post ID in the box.
Number of Results

Set the default number of results to display. The additional banks are shown when a button at the bottom of the results table is clicked. The label indicates how many more matches there are.
Last thing to set up is the styling
Hi Graham
Whats it cost to set up the simple slider, no comparison. $5K to $25K 12months to 36 months.
Not sure what you mean. Do you want just the sliders without any outputs?
Is it possible to add rel=”sponsored” to the sponsored links?
Yes. But I would need to add an option in the settings. If you are happy to pay for the work I can add this in less than an hour
