Community Sea Moss is a worker-owned cooperative that provides sustainably harvested sea moss gel and dry sea moss products. We are proud to be part of Community Movement Builders, a Black member-based collective committed to building the movement for Black liberation. Our mission providing Sea Moss as a healthy food supplement to support the well-being of our community and product users. Our product provides health for the body and valuable resources to sustain community through Black-owned cooperatives.
Ethical and Sustainable
Our wildcrafted sea moss is sustainably hand-harvested off the coast of Belize. It contains a natural blend of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support immune function, improve digestion, and promote healthy skin and hair.
We follow safety protocols developed by a food science laboratory. Our products are also third party lab tested to ensure purity and an accurate measurement of shelf-life. As a result, our sea moss gels are guaranteed to maintain quality and freshness for months when stored properly, making them convenient and easy to keep in stock.

What are the health benefits of sea moss?
There are quite a few! Sea moss can help remove excess mucus from your lungs, increase collagen production, act as an anti-inflammatory to aid in recovery from joint injuries, heal digestion issues, and boost your immune system. It’s safe for everyday use or as a preventative measure during flu and cold season.
Does sea moss taste good?
We get it. Seaweed is probably not at the top of the list of your favorite foods. That’s why our sea moss gels are flavored for you to enjoy.
How do I use sea moss?

We ethically harvest our sea moss in St. Lucia through a process called wildcrafting.
