In addition to the United States, we now support the following countries: Brazil, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, the UK, and Vietnam.TikTok Shop is in early access, which means you can try out the data source for free in all of our reporting destinations.With our TikTok Shop data source, you can:have your TikTok Shop data in one centralized view, alongside paid advertising and marketing data, within the reporting & analytics tools of your choice; track your sales trends and improve your business strategies; fetch first-party customer data for better activation and retargeting; and much more!Give the data source a try here.You can find the Looker Studio connector here. 

On January 12, 2026, we're introducing new historical limitations for certain fields and removing some attribution windows, which will also lead to certain metrics being removed.Meta is making changes to their API and adding historical limitations, which affect unique-count fields and hourly breakdowns, as well as removing 7-day view (7d_view) and 28-day view (28d_view) attribution windows. This will impact the Supermetrics Facebook Ads data source and requires that we change or sunset some of the fields and attribution windows that we support.We have gathered all the details to a support article: Facebook Ads: New historical limitations, attribution window and metric removals - January 12, 2026 The article includes a list of fields affected by the new 13-month historical limitation, and the fields and attribution windows to be removed.If you have queries that have unique-count fields or hourly breakdowns, and the date range is longer than 13 months, please edit the query date range to match the new limitation. On January 12, 2026:Deprecated fields and conversion windows will no longer return data. Queries with a date range longer than 13 months will return an error message.The article has special instructions for data warehouse users.  We encourage you to read through the article to make sure your queries have up-to-date data.

We have added the highly requested feature to be able to search by multiple keywords for Google Ads Keyword Planner data source.You can use up to 100 keywords per query. Separate keywords with semicolons (;).The feature is available for all users, and no actions are needed to enable this feature. 

 We released new versions of our BigQuery and Snowflake data sources this summer, offering a consistent experience with all Supermetrics data sources and an expanded range of features. Key improvements and why you should use the new data sources: Expanded destination support: The new BigQuery and Snowflake data sources now support all Supermetrics destinations, including Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, API (Query Manager), Power BI, and Data Warehouses. Previously, the Legacy data sources only supported Google Sheets and Looker Studio. Supermetrics Data Blending and Custom Fields: These new data sources now support Supermetrics Data Blending and Custom Fields, providing greater flexibility in your data analysis. Blend data from multiple data warehouses: Seamlessly combine data from different data warehouses. Combine with other data sources: Utilise custom fields or blend Snowflake and BigQuery data with other Supermetrics data sources. Flexible raw data handling: Store your raw data directly in Snowflake or BigQuery, and then use these data sources to blend or create custom fields without re-querying the original source. No SQL required: You no longer need to write SQL to query data. Simply select dimensions and metrics from a list, just like with our other data sources.

 Ahrefs has introduced their new Ahrefs Connect program. This allows users on any Ahrefs plan to access the Ahrefs API v3 and connect their Ahrefs accounts to our new Ahrefs connector.We are updating the Supermetrics Ahrefs data source to make sure users with any Ahrefs plan are able to connect to the data source.  Ahrefs data source users need to reconnect the data source on October 29, 2025. Those users who are still using the Ahrefs (legacy) data source need to switch to the new Ahrefs data source by October 31, 2025. Our new Ahrefs data source will be updated on October 29, 2025. Once this update has been made, you will see a message prompting you to reconnect using your Ahrefs login details. Once you have reconnected with your Ahrefs login details, you can continue using the data source as you were before. The Ahrefs (legacy) data source will be retired on October 31, 2025, as Ahrefs is retiring the API that this data source uses. You will no longer be able to use this data source after this date. We recommend that you switch to the new Ahrefs connector prior to this date. Our new Ahrefs connector will be updated on October 29, 2025. After this date, you can connect using your Ahrefs login details and use the new data source instead. To make sure your Ahrefs queries/transfers continue running smoothly, please take the following steps:Go to the Data sources page on the Hub. Select Ahrefs in the list of data sources. Click on “Add new connection” and follow the steps to create a new connection. Please give a different name to this connection than your previous ones to differentiate it. After creating the new connection, click on the “Reconnect” icon at the end of the row for the new connection. In the window that opens, take note of the ID which is visible under “Current login”. Close this window without completing the authentication. In the connection list, click on the “Replace connection” icon for your old connection that you wish to continue using. Please note that you must be a team Admin to access this feature. In the “Replace connection” modal, select the ID of the new connection that you noted in step 5. Click on “Replace”. Done! Now any queries/transfers tied to your old connection will continue working as before.Alternatively, you can create a new connection and re-create your queries/transfers in your destination.Ahrefs (legacy) data source users can connect to the new Ahrefs data source on the Data sources page on the Hub. On November 13, 2025, we're adding new fields to our Facebook Insights data source as well as deprecating a number of fields. Meta is making changes to their API and depreciating a number of fields - primarily total likes and impressions-related metrics. This will require Supermetrics to sunset some of the fields we support based on these upcoming deprecations. In addition to this, we are also adding some highly requested fields, for example, view related metrics.We have gathered all the details to a support article: Facebook Insights field changes - November 13, 2025 The article includes a list of depreciated fields and replacements when available.  The article has special instructions for data warehouse users.We encourage you to read through the article to make sure your queries have up-to-date data. 

Immediate action required: Configure network access We are making changes to our Database data source that require immediate action from you to make sure your Database connector continues running without issues. The deadline for this change is October 31st, 2025.More specifically, we are upgrading the servers used to access Database data sources. To make sure your Supermetrics Database connector continues running without issues, immediate action is required.If your database(s) use firewalls or security groups to restrict external access, you must configure network access (i.e., "whitelist") for the new Supermetrics IP addresses.You can find the required list of IP addresses here: About IP address allowlisting If these IP addresses are not whitelisted by October 31st, 2025, your Database data sources will fail to connect and all queries/transfers will fail.Please involve your network or database administrator to implement this change for all active databases connected to Supermetrics. Note: If your queries/transfers fail after the deadline, you can rerun them as soon as the new IP addresses are successfully whitelisted.

On September 22, 2025, we're making changes to improve our Mixpanel data source by moving the Data residency setting to the data source authentication step. Mixpanel data source is currently available for free testing in Beta (Early Access).To keep the data source running smoothly, please renew your connection before September 22, 2025. If you do not renew your connection, all your existing and new dashboard charts using the Mixpanel data source will return an error.To ensure that your existing dashboards continue to run smoothly, please take the following steps:Go to the Data sources page on the Hub. Select Mixpanel in the list of data sources. Click on Add new connection and follow the steps to create a new connection. Please give a different name to this connection than your previous ones to differentiate it. After creating the new connection, click on the Reconnect icon at the end of the row for the new connection. In the window that opens, take note of the ID which is visible under Current login. Close this window without completing the authentication. In the connection list, click on the Replace connection icon for your old connection that you wish to continue using. Please note that you must be a team Admin to access this feature. In the Replace connection modal, select the ID of the new connection that you noted in step 5. Click on Replace. Done! Now any queries/charts tied to your old connection will continue working as before.Alternatively, you can create a new connection and re-create your queries/charts in your destination.

New campaign type support for TikTok Ads, and new metrics for Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads. TikTok AdsTikTok Ads data source now supports the GMV Max Ads campaign type. To be able to get data for GMV Max data, at least one of the GMV Max Ads fields must be included. We've updated our LinkedIn Ads data source to fully support document ads with the following changes:"Creative type" now displays "DOCUMENT_ADS". "Creative reference" now displays "documentads". "Creative direct sponsored content name” and "Creative title" fields may now contain data.We have also added a new field “Creative download URL”, which fetches the document.Please note that some creative fields are not compatible with document ads and will return empty if used.
