Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. Yes, that is correct the purchase gives you one year support for the sites that you have a license to and for the theme you purchased. After the one year, the pro version is still available to you but if you do not renew the subscription you do not have access to the support. You will however still have access to the theme pro. Yes, our plugin still receives updates however since it has been built to last a long time, it did not require any updates with the latest WP versions. If there is a major bug or if it does not work we will release a major update. Also note that if you have a subscription with us, which you will have free for 1 year after you purchase the plugin our support staff will be able to assist you if any bugs are happening. Hello, Unfortunately we do not have a filter function where on a page you can sort reviews depending on the filter. We apologize for the inconvenience. Yes, you can change the labels using Custom CSS. You can send us a link to your site, show us which label you want to change and tell us which color to change it to. Then we can provide you with Custom CSS which you can insert into your theme. Looking forward to help you.

We do not have trial but you can request a full refund before 30 days for any reason. Can customers attach photos and videos to their reviews? No, that is currently not supported. Can new reviews be imported again after some time, for example, a few months after the initial import? You can import export and import your reviews. However if your goal is to delete unwanted reviews then you will need to create a new post or page. Does the review system support multilingual functionality in WooCommerce (WPML compatibility)? No, it is not fully supported by WPML. Will star ratings be displayed in the product catalog? Products have their own review rating made by WooCommerce native reviews. You can also use our reviews as well from WP Review Pro. Can we delete reviews and perform mass imports? You will be able to delete a post and create a new one with the same contents if your goal is to delete reviews. Can we customize the design of the star widget in the product shortcode and other areas? The design customization will depend on your goal. If your goal is to change colors then you can submit a support request to our team and we can help you change colors. Could you provide examples of WooCommerce sites using your review widget? If you are able to upload images and videos in your theme comments without our plugin, then those images and videos will also be in comments when you activate our plugin.
