Welcome to the So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD) LJ Community!
SYTYCD is the latest competition reality TV show to hit the networks. It's on the Fox network, Wednesday nights at 8pm (EST), and comes from the same people that brought us the ever popular American Idol. Following the popularity of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars earlier this summer, another dance show is not a surprise. The show is hosted by Cat Deeley, and the judges are Nigel Lythgoe, a partner in 19 TV Ltd. with Simon Fuller (not Cowell).
The judges, besides Nigel, are choreographers Mia Michaels, Mary Murphy, Dan Karaty and Shane Sparks.
