This tool will find windows as they are created and perform actions on them, such as resizing, moving to another workspace, or pinning them to all workspaces.

It continues working in Mint 22. You need to use single quotes in its configuration files for it to work.

You can use this to place a transparent terminal as your background, to dock your Pidgin contacts list to the side of the desktop or to pin the GIMP toolbar/layers windows to ALL workspaces allowing you to manipulate images full screen over multiple desktops without having to go looking for the panels!
