Requirements
Please note that the following requirements have to be met by both the wikis involved in the interlanguage link request:
- The wikis must exist in order to create an interlanguage link and should not be in the process of closing or merging.
- The wikis must have exactly the same topic. For example a German Little Mermaid Wiki can be linked to an English Little Mermaid wiki but not to the Disney Wiki.
