For those who live in Mexico. How can I invoice for the SAT my annual purchase that I made? I appreciate your help. 

How do I get a copy of my receipt for payment submitted? I can only download the invoice and nothing came via email. It’s been a week since the charge. (And yes, we checked spam).

Hello, as far as i know I can use google pay and apple pay with it but i can’t i see any option to open it,My sub plan is eligible for it, Can anyone help me please. Highly appreciated! 

I set up a payment item, which works fine. the issue im having is with the Pay and Finish pop-up that has a disclosure saying the transaction is between me and the end user.  The transaction needs to reflect the Buisness name, not me.  How do I edit this? Thnak you.

Hi all. I need to purchase Docusing service, but I can’t. They say that I need to put valid postal code. I know my zip code (Lithuanian), it is valid, but Docusing keeps saying it is not. I need to send envelopes ASAP. HELP to solve this.

Just completing first year with DocuSign. Received notice to purchase 100 additional envelopes and opened the link. Then realized we auto renew next week. It’s my first renewal, so I’m wondering if we get another 100 envelopes each year. And until I know for sure, not planning to order more. But now I’m getting notices that I started the order and need to complete it. I just want to cancel it but can’t figure out where. Questions of that nature make them think I want to cancel DocuSign altogether. 

I need to know if I void an active envelope with a paid invoice, does that void the payment totally

I signed and paid a subscription to sign a document and it didn't work. what and how do I have to do to receive my refund.

I just renew my account ,and paid on Feb.17,total $339.To:Yongmei Zhang But I check my credit account, that shows as follows:“ FEB 17, 2024  $469.47 “ I require to cancel this renew. DocuSign is not letting me save our payment method.  We use the company card, which has the President’s name on the front; namely, Kirk C. Syme.  Whenever I try to save this payment method, the DS function automatically switches the payer to my name (Alberto Medina).  As a result, the payment continues as declined.

I was trying to purchase the license version, but after entering the card details, the payment failed. When I tried to purchase again, it shows I have purchased the standard plan. How can I confirm whether my DocuSign account is a trial version or a licensed version?

I am having trouble setting up online payments through DocuSign. I want my clients to be able to pay by credit card through DocuSign after they sign. My credit card company is elevon/Converge. There is a payment link that I need to attach to doc you sign which my credit card company set up. I have talked to DocuSign support and my credit card company support and neither of them can figure out how to get it to work. Has anybody used this service that could point me in the right direction?

info I have is: Company name, merchant id, user id, pin. That is all docusign has you input onto their payment gateway form in setup.error message that comes back is..."unable to create this connection to this gateway payment account".
