Hello all,Maybe I missed this and you can direct me to the proper instructions.  Here is my issue:I create an #HREF custom field so that the signer can read a State Statute on the legislative website.  And that works just fine.  The problem is the URL is really long and since the URL is in the tool tip, a signer who is using a screen reader has to listen to a really long URL.  If, when creating the form, I change the tool tip to match WCAG standard for hyperlinks the link breaks.  Are those using screen readers doomed to listen to obnoxiously long hyperlinks (including the https://) or is there a workaround?Thanks

Core ProblemMy organization has implemented Docusign-Connect to send completed envelope to our Laserfiche storage system. Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED. I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. Could you please clarify why my envelope allowance has changed and what options are available to increase my envelope capacity?Regarding API usage limit which is set to 3000, I am not able to Update the hourly limit and even after almost 12 hours, limit has not been reset.This month -   Last Month -  

Half way through a yearly subscription Docusign have removed authentication by SMS from my plan, which makes the business pro plan totally useless in my industry (legal).Has anyone else dealt with massive changes to a plan they’ve already paid for?I have sent so many emails and raised live chats, and ultimately I have been sent to ‘sales’ who have quoted a plan than costs four times as much. Its all very underhanded and I am wondering who else has been affected by this? For anyone researching using Docusign for their business as I did, consider I’ve lost pretty much a whole business day trying to resolve this, and the support is very sales based rather than trying to correct issue (reinstate the feature I’ve already paid for. 

Jesus Christ…I just want to download a PDF File from a signed document that I need.There isn’t the option on the link itself, so I want to access it through my account, but I se NOWHERE where to do it to link my account to that said document, even if I use exactly the same email as for the signature.Also, I can’t seem to contact anyone from support, because anytime I click on contact / support, it disconnects me from my account.So I’m left here, with this community post. 

We are using Docusign JS library for embedded signing experience. In chrome browser, when we load the url, it is adding iframe in DOM and then opens modal to accept terms.In edge browser, it just hangs and never open the modal to accept terms with exceptions below.   

Recently my tag colors are all of the sudden Pastel colors. When I need 3 signatures, I can’t even tell 2 of the colors apart because they are so light and almost exactly the same color...just maybe a slightly different shade of Baby blue for example. Can I change somewhere in setting to different colors? Thanks so much

Trying to clean out old signers, only the first 50 show.  There’s no indication of “next page” or whatever, how can I view the rest?

I have been using docusign for many years now. I could always create an envelope, check I am the only signer & then e-sign the document. This no longer works. The only option now available is send which consumes one credit. Is it no longer possible to self-sign envelopes without consuming one credit?

Recently our In Progress envelope view changed. I don’t find it as user friendly as the old view and it is more time consuming to find the information/task I want. Is there a way to switch back to the old version?

I recently upgraded from the standard paid version to the business pro version. However when trying to utilize some of the features like uploading a template, the feature is not available. Of course that led me to the admin page as I am the only user, and the one who started the account. Under my name nothing is listed under permission profile and there are no other users. When I click on that tab a warning pops up for about 1 second in an orange box that stated “warning add an administrator profile”. However when I try to edit my name it fails to load user information. Basically I am stuck in a loop of apparently not having an admin even though I am the only user and have the rest of the admin functionality. Needless to say it has been a very frustrating few days trying to get help on this, and it appears DocuSign themselves could care less as there is no way to contact them. I got a document that needs signing but when I go to download Docusign it says it cannot install it due to an old version. I have tried to uninstall Docusign but it is not in my apps. I looked in the app data for any Docusign data and did not find any. How can I install it?

I am working on converting a bunch of hand written forms to DocuSign.  Our system uses the DocuSign API and connects to it using the C# .NET SDK.This works well for most fields and anchor tags but, recently, we have started adding fields like checkboxes and radio buttons.  However, it appears that radio buttons do not have any sort of measurement associated with them in their class (no scale, no width/height, etc.).  The only size related field I can find is fontsize, but changing that does not appear to change the size of the radio button.Is there any way to change the size of a radio button for a form submitted through the DocuSign API?

Hi, I am sending a DocuSign email from Apex and using the Salesforce Email Template to generate the Email Body.
