Docusign App Center

I got a document that needs signing but when I go to download Docusign it says it cannot install it due to an old version. I have tried to uninstall Docusign but it is not in my apps. I looked in the app data for any Docusign data and did not find any. How can I install it?

I need for my clients to be able to receive my contracts so they can sIGN them and return them through Docusign. I can’t get the scanned contracts to them without my initials and signature in the place they are supposed to sign? I need help setting it up please? I need to set up a new account strictly for my clients?

Dear DocuSign Community,Is there a way to make DocuSign remember a device for logging in on the iOS-app without deactivating 2FA altogether? Our users are sharing iPads for using the DocuSign app for in-person signing a lot and are annoyed by having to run to their desktops to find the 2FA-code in their e-mail when switching accounts. Sometimes this is highly disruptive within our business procedures.

Recipient authentication was requested from signers even when it was disabled. Now when these authentications are sent, most of the recipients are not based in US but are mandated to fill out us based codes. please how do i resolve this?

We have built order forms based on different templates. If we change the original word/pdf-document for example want to add totally new question in it. Do we need to built web Form all over again?We can copy the template and replace the original document,  and the start the Create Order Form building from the start. This is how we do it now.
