Over the past 25 years, Kelly Shipway has held key roles in strategic business execution, operations, acquisitions and integrations primarily within the agri-food industry, notably for Danone, Keurig, and Nutrinor Cooperative.
Marc-Antoine Daoust
Chief Financial Officer
Marc-Antoine Daoust has over 25 years of experience in finance, both in Canada and internationally. Having held executive positions at Intact Canada, Bombardier Transportation, and ZIM Canada, he is now recognized as a CPA and CFA expert in accounting and finance.
Joël Bertaud
Vice President, Operations
Joël Bertaud has over 30 years of experience in operational excellence, project management, and supply chain optimization, having led logistics, operational performance, and transformation at Intersand, Agropur, and Danone.
Maude Bergeron
Vice President, Commercial Strategy
With nearly 20 years of experience in business intelligence and revenue management, Maude Bergeron, Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Colabor, combines leadership, strategic vision, and analytical rigor to turn data into effective and sustainable growth strategies.

With over fourteen years of experience in the restaurant industry and service management, Julien has stood out at Colabor for his leadership, strategic vision, and deep market knowledge, actively contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Élisabeth Tremblay has strong expertise in labor relations, change management, and organizational development. She has held vice-presidential positions at Canada Bread Company and Saputo, among others.

Jean-Roch Thiffault has over 40 years of experience in meat and seafood preparation, processing, and distribution. He joined Norref in 1995 as Vice President of Sales and has been serving as General Manager since 2010.
Pascal Rodier
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Pascal Rodier has extensive experience in legal affairs, compliance, and governance. Before joining Colabor in 2021, he worked at Danone, where he held the positions of Head of Compliance – North America and Senior Director of Legal Affairs for Canada.
