ATTENTION SPIRALS

Built for people who keep saying:
“just one minute”

CogniFocus is available now for Android users who start with a quick check and end up losing the whole session. iOS is coming next.

The quick checker

“I opened Instagram for 10 seconds and somehow came back 27 minutes later.”

The app switcher

“I switch from work to TikTok before the timer even settles.”

The timer ignorer

“I start focus sessions… then leave them running in the background.”

The muscle-memory scroller

“My thumb opens social apps before my brain approves it.”

I built CogniFocus because “just one quick check”
kept turning into lost hours

Your next session doesn’t have to end in a scroll hole.

Available now on Android. iOS waitlist available.

What makes CogniFocus different?
CogniFocus is available now as an Android focus timer that pushes back when your attention drifts. Shield blocking, Goblin reactions, and recovery nudges make it feel active during a session instead of passive, with an iOS waitlist open for iPhone updates.
How does Shield block apps during a session?
During an active session, Shield watches for blocked apps and steps in before the scroll takes over. The Goblin reacts, and the session nudges you back toward work instead of letting the distraction loop win.
Is CogniFocus good for ADHD or study focus?
Yes. CogniFocus is built for study blocks, ADHD-friendly focus loops, and anyone who needs a gentler but firmer way to stay on one task.
What happens when I drift or slip?
If you slip into a blocked app or lose focus, recovery nudges help you come back without losing the whole run. The Goblin keeps the session honest, but one distraction does not have to end it.
Why does CogniFocus need Android permissions?
Usage Access lets CogniFocus see which app is in front so Shield can react. Display over other apps lets the Shield screen appear. Those permissions are used for focus protection, not for reading your content.
What are Focus Shards?
Focus Shards are earned by completing focus sessions, maintaining streaks, and recovering attention from distractions. They unlock progression, companions, and other systems inside CogniFocus.
What do Free, Pro, and Limitless include?
Free covers the core focus loop with lighter limits. Pro adds three blocking modes: Shield (reactive blocking during sessions), Manual Block (proactive blocking without a timer), and Focus DND (silent distraction-free time). Plus stronger capacity, Planned Sessions, reminders, recovery nudges, and restore support. If a Limitless tier comes later, full limits will be listed on pricing before checkout.
