A weekly tradition we’ve kept for over 3 years, with 110+ talks and counting.

Every week, one of us takes the mic to share something meaningful — from AI tips and new tools to personal stories and career lessons. It’s our way of learning, growing, and staying curious together.

Annual Hackathon

Our Annual Hackathon is one of our favorite traditions – where everyone drops their regular work and builds something exciting from scratch.

It’s our chance to experiment with new AI tools, try bold ideas, and turn curiosity into real prototypes. Engineers, designers, and PMs form small teams, build fast, and ship even faster.

Projects are showcased, voted on, and celebrated. More than the awards, the hackathon brings out our creativity, teamwork, and love for learning, and every year, it pushes us to think bigger and build smarter.

Year End Party

Our Year End Party is where everyone slows down, celebrates wins, and reconnects outside of work. It’s a day for team bonding, good food, shared memories, and appreciating how far we’ve come together.

Simple, fun, and a reminder that great work comes from a team that genuinely enjoys each other.

Team Building

Our team-building sessions are all about connection – taking time to step away from work and strengthen how we collaborate. Whether it’s a shared meal, a short trip, or an activity, every session helps us trust each other more and work together better. Coder Sports
