These terms govern use of Coderic's portals and services. We have written them to be understood, not to obscure your rights or ours. If something is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

1. Acceptance
By accessing any Coderic portal (coderic.org, coderic.dev, coderic.com, coderic.co, coderic.net, coderic.cloud, coderic.store), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our portals.
2. Open Source Software
All software published by Coderic on GitHub is released under open source licenses as specified in each repository. The MIT license is our default. You are free to use, modify, and distribute Coderic's software under the terms of its declared license.
The Coderic brand (name, logo, ecosystem identity) is not covered by software licenses. Contact us before using the Coderic brand in your own products or services.
3. Community Standards
Coderic operates under the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct. All community interactions — on GitHub, community platforms, or Coderic events — are subject to this code. Violations are handled according to the enforcement procedures documented in the Code of Conduct.
4. Services and Availability
Coderic's portals are provided on an as-is basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Infrastructure services through Coderic Cloud are governed by their own Service Level Agreements, available at coderic.cloud.
5. Content You Contribute
Code, documentation, and other contributions submitted to Coderic repositories are subject to the Contributor License Agreement (CLA) or the license of the specific repository. You retain copyright to your contributions; you grant Coderic a perpetual, irrevocable license to use and distribute them under the project's open source license.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coderic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its portals or software. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Modifications
Coderic may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced through our community channels with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Venezuelan commercial law for users engaging with Coderic S.A., and by Colombian commercial law for users engaging with Coderic SAS. See our Legal Information page for entity details.
