Intellectual Property
All software developed under the Coderic organization is released under open source licenses (MIT by default, unless otherwise specified in individual project repositories). The Coderic name, logo, and ecosystem branding are trademarks of Coderic S.A. Use of the brand in open source attribution is encouraged; commercial use requires written consent.
Applicable Law
Disputes involving Coderic S.A. are subject to Venezuelan commercial law. Disputes involving Coderic SAS are subject to Colombian commercial law. For cross-border matters, the parties shall determine the applicable jurisdiction in writing at the time of agreement.
