How we work

We value agile working methods and non-bureaucratic communication channels. As part of the Atlassian Ecosystem, we benefit from an international working atmosphere with events all over the world.
Mission
As an Atlassian Platinum Marketplace partner, we develop B2B products for Jira and Confluence. Our mission is to provide nifty cloud apps that enhance your Jira and Confluence instances, remove redundant work and make your day-to-day work easier.
Transparency
Every team member can view the analytics of our products at any time. Every three months, we discuss the development of the company and strategic decisions together at the company review.
Development
We work with a focus on TDD, Clean Code and Continuous Delivery. We do async code reviews with 100% review coverage. We all work on the same git branch and we deploy it to production several times a week. We try to keep our infrastructure as lean as possible.
Team
We are a small, experienced and diverse team of full and part-time employees. Each of us owns responsibility for a part of the company, makes decisions and works hands-on.
Meetings vs. work phases
Regular exchanges are important, but so are longer, quiet work phases. Meetings usually start and end on time and have a clear goal. We work in three-week iterations with the typical meetings: Daily, Refinement, Review, Retrospective and Planning.
Products
We develop cloud apps for the Atlassian Marketplace. Deep Clone for Jira is our most successful app. New features are developed close to user needs. We release new products as early as possible, following the “Minimum Viable Product” strategy.”
Independence
We are self-financed and not dependent on individual customers. We develop new features self-determined and for all customers. We try to keep the effort for individual customers as low as possible.
Agile
We use elements from the Scrum framework when it suits us. If there is a hiccup anywhere, we optimize our workflow. It should remain as lean as possible. Our goal is for everyone to work as freely, smooth and continuous as possible.
Remote work
We enjoy working together in our office, but have become well-versed at working remotely. Currently, whenever possible, we are all on site Tuesday through Thursday in our historic villa.

Das Gehalt ist auf einem guten Niveau. In den Feedbackgesprächen nimmt man sich regelmäßig die Zeit, das Gehalt zu besprechen und ggf. anzupassen. Es wird immer pünktlich ausgezahlt.
Selbstständige Weiterbildung wird gefördert. Da das Unternehmen aktuell noch klein ist, hat man ein vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet und lernt jeden Tag dazu.
Kurze, unkomplizierte Kommunikationswege. Gut strukturiert, sodass ein konzentriertes Arbeiten möglich ist. Agiles Arbeiten, ohne sich einem Prozess zu unterwerfen.
