It is no by default and the cascade action which builds and test the runner with this PR is skipped.

I just changed it to true and re-run the cascade action. It fails:

because https://code.forgejo.org/actions/cascading-pr/ does not have support for the AGit workflow. Could you re-open another PR using the fork workflow please? A bug report to to not forget this bug would also be nice.
