I’m a user of Latepoint Pro and very pleased about the very clean and sophisticated plugin. Everything is well thought and it is a pleasure to use the sleek and modern backend for customizing the checkout process, the automated workflows for reminders or invoices and so on. I have everything I need, even the support is very very fast and helpful. Just one feature I’m missing: prices depending on time slots or days. It would be wonderful to charge depending on morning hours, prime time afternoons or weekends. But all in all I am very glad that I found this beautiful piece of code.

Not only does the booking system look sleek and has a pop-up function that draws the user in, it has many add-on functions that increases the likelihood of user turn up.
I have had contact with their customer service a few times throughout the years and I must say that their service is impeccable. They respond quickly, in a kind manner and are always helpful and informative.
After years of use and configuration, I can assure you that this plugin is second to none. Any other similar solution is not even close to this one. Also, the support is very fast in responding and they are always open to integrating suggestions from the community.
Good product but last two updates are confusing, we had to disable old add-ons or upgrade to add-ons but support handled it great and helped a lot. please make future updates easy to upgrade

Other than it’s many many features, and beautiful customer interface (all hosted within your own environment) it has a loyal following. Discord has a thriving bustling community about LatePoint! This adds to it’s value in how you can use it. (Snoepys-Long time supporter, MikeAnor-3rd Party dev and many others).
It is such a flexible, uncluttered product.
