Download this free WordPress.org PlugIn, and
Step 1. Open your WordPress Admin Dashboard, click “Add New” in Plugins section
Step 2. Click on “Upload Plugin”
Step 3. Select the downloaded package, now click on “Install Now”
Step 4. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the PlugIn
Step 5. Go to Appearance -> Customize -> WP Mouse Custom Cursor -> Select Mouse Cursor Style -> Publish
Step 6. Refresh Your Fronted
Done! You have successfully installed the WordPress PlugIn. Now see the output in website live in browser.

El un plugin gratis, ya lo sabemos, pero en el repositorio de Wordpress hay plugins similares que ofrecen lo mismo o más. El plugin desactiva el puntero por defecto del mouse, y esto en algunos casos no es conveniente. No se permite utilizar transparencia. Le falta opciones, pero bastante bien como inicio.

This plugin is perfect for those who wants their custom cursor in website. This plugin contain not too options hence it is easy to set up great work done by developer. keep updating.
