Este es un plugin excelente para crear formularios, es fácil de entender y de optimizar.

Excellent plugin.
Just one question, I would add preloaded fields: for example, the idea is that if the person completing the form is user site, the name of this person should be preloaded.
Not only that data, but others such as email … how could I do this?
