This plugin has a steep learning curve but after a lot of my trying everything and getting some help I find it to be very good. I would recommend this plugin for working with WordPress data.

During I user freepremium, I see it is perfect use, regardless of limitation for some features, but it is very useful.
also, I see it is stable
