Apparently they're moving IPs and they haven't informed all the domain name servers yet. Ergo, some ISPs will now find the correct computer in regards to "rpgamer.com" and some will still look in the old location.

But the correct IP now seems to be at 63.219.179.18. Use that in place of "rpgamer.com" or "www.rpgamer.com" in the address if you can't get through otherwise. Hopefully this will all be sorted out in a few days.
