But this is so true. I have somewhat more respect for the school system, at least the high school portion, than this guy does -- it probably helps that my high school had an excellent honors system (that not only actually made you think but quickly segregated the nerds a safe distance from the rest). But his points about why the nerds are unpopular in the school society were right on the money. Somewhere early in middle school, I had decided that I was unpopular and I didn't care enough to change that fact.
