I was heading out the door for class, jogged three steps down the stairs with a loaded backpack, and felt something GIVE. Suddenly decided I wasn't going to class today... Somehow I managed to ignore the pain in my spine long enough to drive it to the chiropractor. They gave me the full treatment, and I've currently got ice on my back.
