If you’re feeling hopeless, struggling to cope, thinking about suicide, or concerned for someone else, the 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline is here to help. Trained responders offer nonjudgmental support, guidance, and connection to resources.
9-8-8 exists to create moments of hope, support recovery, and save lives — working toward a Canada where everyone can access help when they need it most.

The Interior Crisis Line Network (ICLN) connects five community agencies to provide 24/7 crisis support across the Interior Health Region.
Rooted in the values of Confidentiality, Accessibility, Research, and Empowerment (C.A.R.E.), trained responders offer compassionate care, crisis de-escalation, suicide prevention, and life-saving support

Provides a toll-free number connecting callers to a BC crisis line. Offers emotional support, information on appropriate referral options, and a wide range of support relating to mental health concerns.
