Men’s Mental Health Program Coordinator

CMHA-NL is seeking a passionate project coordinator for our Men’s Mental Health program located in our Eastern NL office in St. John’s with travel throughout the province when required. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension. This is a relatively new program for our organization so the program coordinator will play an important role in defining the program materials and delivery. The Program Coordinator will develop standardized course and presentation materials aligned with intended learning outcomes, using existing CMHA resources and other best practises in educational resource development. The coordinator will deliver training programs and community workshops throughout the province. Another component of the programming will focus on workplace engagement in male populated industries.

This role supports CMHA-NL’s commitment to accessible, inclusive, trauma informed programming and will help strengthen mental health awareness and resilience in communities.

Deadline to Apply: March 23, 2026
