CloudLIMS offers security on various fronts to its customers. However, as a customer, we recommend that you take the following measures to ensure security at your end:

  • Have a strong and distinctive password and ensure to protect it.
  • Use multi-factor authentication.
  • Use the latest browser versions, OS and updated applications to ensure they are patched against vulnerabilities and to use the latest security features.
  • Be cautious while sharing data from our cloud environment.
  • Classify the severity of your information into personal or sensitive and label them accordingly.
  • Monitor devices linked to your account, active web sessions, and third-party access to spot anomalies and allow only authorized users to access your account.
  • Identify unfamiliar emails, websites, and links to protect sensitive information and prevent phishing and malware attacks.
