The Idea was Born

Cloudhype Digital started as a side project by founder Jonathan Ng, who was then studying business and working in technology consulting. While helping companies improve their internal systems, he saw a common challenge — many small businesses had the drive and vision but lacked the digital infrastructure to grow. Drawing from his studies and real-world experience, Jonathan began designing websites that blended creativity with business strategy. What began as a personal experiment soon became a calling: to help businesses succeed online through clarity, structure, and purpose.

In 2019, Cloudhype started taking shape as more than just an idea. Jonathan built out the business plan, brand identity, and service model — with a focus on helping local mom-and-pop shops modernize and compete online. Early projects included small retailers, service providers, and family-run businesses that needed affordable, effective websites. Each project was an opportunity to refine Cloudhype’s approach: keeping things simple, strategic, and centered around real results. By the end of the year, the foundation for something special had been built.

When the pandemic hit, everything changed — including how businesses operated. Many local shops without an online presence were struggling to survive, and Cloudhype Digital stepped in to help. Through website builds, basic SEO, and online setup support, the company helped dozens of local businesses stay connected with their customers. Going All In

After years of growth and learning, Cloudhype Digital officially became an LLC in 2022. This was the turning point — transforming from a side venture into a fully realized boutique digital agency. With a growing portfolio and a refined service model, Cloudhype expanded into SEO, digital strategy, and workflow automation, positioning itself as a reliable partner for small to mid-sized businesses. The decision to go all in was bold, but it came from confidence earned through years of hands-on experience and community trust.
