Friends with major problems

 Trying to help a friend whose life is spiraling out of control. Let me start from the beginnig she's Muslim and you know how the culture is. She got in trouble a couple days ago, so now her parents are talking about sending her to Bangladesh and marrying her off to a guy whose thirty years her senior. Also, on top of all this she started cutting again and talking about ending her life before it comes to that. I'm really worried and trying to think of what to do, her parents want nothing to do with her. Just venting the frustration of it all its so unfair.
