El presente artículo presenta un panorama de dos zonas que sin duda serán motivo de intervención en una eventual implementación de los acuerdos.

En este informe se describen y analizan dos dimensiones de la transición territorial en Tumaco tr... more En este informe se describen y analizan dos dimensiones de la transición territorial en Tumaco tras la firma de los Acuerdos de Paz. En primer lugar, se presentan las transformaciones y amenazas en materia de seguridad que atraviesa el Distrito en esta coyuntura. En segundo lugar, se ofrece un panorama actual de las más importantes las conflictividades sociales en las zonas urbanas y rurales. En materia de seguridad, se evidencia que, aunque el Acuerdo de Paz significó “sacar” de la contienda al actor principal de la confrontación en el territorio (las Farc), no se desactivó su motor: la economía cocalera y cocainera. En ese sentido, el Informe destaca más continuidades que cambios en la dinámica del conflicto armado por cuenta del proceso de reconfiguración violenta de actores armados que atraviesa el Distrito. In order to analyze the treatment of seeds with homogeneous static magnetic field on the water ad... more In order to analyze the treatment of seeds with homogeneous static magnetic field on the water adsorption process, an experimental-theoretical study of hygroscopic equilibrium in maize seeds (Zea mays L. cv. ICAV305) was carried out. Four treatments with magnetic induction of 80.0, 120.0, 160.0, and 200.0 mT were applied for 10 min, and there was a control group without treatment. The doses were selected because they showed a decrease in mean germination time. Treated seeds were subjected to an environment with a stable temperature of 30.0 °C ± 0.1 °C and atmospheres of different relative humidity (h), using eight salt solutions saturated with water activity between 0.216 and 0.970. Curves were adjusted using the D'Arcy-Watt and modified Oswin models. It was found that the magnetic treatment of seeds affects adsorption, and the 200 mT-10 min one was the most significant in affecting the mechanisms of adsorption of water, and increasing the number of adsorption sites connected to...
"In August 2014, in the framework of peace talks between the national government and the FAR... more "In August 2014, in the framework of peace talks between the national government and the FARC was established Historical Commission of Conflict and its Victims with the mandate to prepare a document based on individual essays about the origins, persistences and most remarkables impacts of the conflict. The report called ""Contribution to understanding the Colombian armed conflict"" and far from building ""an official history"" is a plural document that opens the possibility of studying the major explanations on the conflict today. For this reason, the next paper is a historiographical approach to that document, that studies the context, the process of functioning of the Commission, the central explanations in the Document, as well as major debates around the topics of the mandate. I conclude that although the report is not innovative in the social sciences, is the initial part of a historical plural account of transition in which violence is abandoned as a mechanism for development political and social conflicts, retaking the weapons of criticism with the opportunities and challenges that it means."

En el marco del proceso de paz entre el Gobierno colombiano y las FARC-EP, en febrero de 2015 se ... more En el marco del proceso de paz entre el Gobierno colombiano y las FARC-EP, en febrero de 2015 se presentó el Informe Contribución al entendimiento del conflicto armado colombiano elaborado por la Comisión Histórica del Conflicto y sus Víctimas. Un documento que por medio de ensayos individuales, indaga acerca de los orígenes, factores de persistencia e impactos del conflicto armado, y además, permite construir un panorama de los principales abordajes actuales frente al tema. El artículo propone un acercamiento en perspectiva historiográfica al Informe, esclareciendo las características principales de la Comisión que le dio origen, balanceando algunos debates en torno al conflicto y la paz en el país y resaltando su papel como insumo para un recuento histórico plural en un contexto de transición a la política sin armas.

The purpose of this article is to show that communities and social organizations that are severel... more The purpose of this article is to show that communities and social organizations that are severely and acutely affected by the armed conflict and the violence they carry out, not only move to the sound of bullets, But also adopt positions that go beyond resistance and passivity. In this order, we want to show how a specific case, the rural communities of Tumaco, show that war also has “positive” legacies on social organizations, ranging from a broad capacity for negotiation as well as adaptation to norms and controls Exercised by armed groups. This experience highlights two issues of great importance for the current national situation: (1) that war, apart from all the so-called negative legacies highlighted by specialized studies (such as anomie, disarticulation, mistrust, etc.), Also present legacies associated with a greater capacity for negotiation and independence of the villagers and their organizations vis-à-vis the armed actors after violent cycles; (2) and that the way armed actors relate to local people depends not only on their internal policies, but also on the present population and its forms of territorial appropriation. In this sense, this article is a road map to highlight the need for the so-called territorial peace to include in it the idea of differentiated transitions according to the character of the armed group, as well as the population inserted in the territory.

Within the framework of the peace process between the Colombian Government and the FARC-EP, the Report Contribution to the Understanding of the Colombian Armed Conflict prepared by the Historical Commission of the Conflict and its Victims was presented in February 2015. A document that, by means of individual essays, investigates the origins, persistence factors and impacts of the armed conflict, and also allows us to construct an overview of the main current approaches to the issue. The article proposes a historiographic approximation to the Report, clarifying the main characteristics of the Commission that gave rise to it, balancing some debates around the conflict and peace in the country and highlighting its role as an input for a plural historical recount in a context of transition to unarmed politics.
