Still, finding the best solution to control the contamination of the air without having any impact on humans is a complicated task. This proposal helps to improve the air quality using the multi-criteria decision making method. The decision to improve air quality is a challenging problem with today’s technology and environmental development level. The multi-criteria decision making method is quite often faced with conditions of uncertainty, which can be tackled by employing fuzzy set theory. In this paper, based on an objective weighting method (CCSD), we explore the improved fuzzy MULTIMOORA approach. We use the classical Interval-Valued Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (IVTFNs), viz. the symmetric lower and upper triangular numbers, as the basis. The triangular fuzzy number is identified by the triplets; the lowest, the most promising, and the highest possible values, symmetric with ...

Small cities such asCoimbatore, Thiruvallaand Kochi are still confident of running their businesses, but there may not be a drastic change in the process. However, their expectationsof helpfrom the government are high. Three major factors are being considered to be cornerstone elements, which are health, cleanliness and hygiene. In this research, the scope is limited only to restaurants in big and small cities, whilelarge-sized star category hotels have not been considered.

We do agree with some of the insights shared by the authors though many of the arguments are far from reality and are camouflaged. The article inadvertently glorifies the 'Kerala model of development' and paints a wrong picture that the lower number of COVID-19 cases in the state, particularly in the initial two waves, is a big positive outcome of the model. Even WHO carried an article in its website (Responding to COVID-19-Learnings from Kerala, 2020), commending that 'Kerala template could serve as a great example for other states to emulate. Our review reveals the flaws in the COVID management policies of the state and highlights the hollowness of such a model with weak macroeconomic fundamentals. Ever since the first three cases were reported in the country (belonging to Kerala), the measures taken by the state administration were far from satisfactory, creating only panic and fear among the people. It is true that the transparency in information and willingness of the government to take the people into confidence has contributed to enhancing trust in the government (Rajeev Sadanandan, 2020). This trust continued up to the second wave of COVID-19 in the state. However, with the advent of the third wave of the pandemic the entire system built had reached a nearcollapse situation and it seemed that the situation went completely out of hand. When other states record declining trends after reaching the spike, Kerala showed a significant uptrend
Every irreducible odd dimensional representation of the n'th symmetric or hyperoctahedral group, ... more Every irreducible odd dimensional representation of the n'th symmetric or hyperoctahedral group, when restricted to the (n − 1)'th, has a unique irreducible odd-dimensional constituent. Furthermore, the subgraph induced by odd-dimensional representations in the Bratteli diagram of symmetric and hyperoctahedral groups is a binary tree with a simple recursive description. We survey the description of this tree, known as the Macdonald tree, for symmetric groups, from our earlier work. We describe analogous results for hyperoctahedral groups.

Lacking administration of healthcare waste can prompt hazard to medicinal service specialists, patients, public health, communities and the wider environment. Hence, proper management of healthcare waste is imperative to reduce the associated health and environment risk. In this paper, we extend the MULTIMOORA decision making method with intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set to evaluate the healthcare waste treatment methods. Intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set is a generalized form of a hesitant fuzzy set. Intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set considers the uncertainty of data in a single framework and take more information into account. The MULTIMOORA method consists of three parts namely the ratio system, reference point approach and the full multiplicative form. In the optimal ranking methods, the IHF-MULTIMOORA method is uncomplicated it is able to be used practically with high dimension intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy sets. For pathological, pharmaceutical, sharp, solid and chemical wastes, the preferred waste disposal methods are deep burial, incineration, autoclave, deep burial, and chemical disinfection, respectively. Concept of Total Graph falls under this category. All the vertex-vertex adjacency, vertex-edge incidence and edge-edge incidence relations are considered in the formation of the Total Graph. For a finite simple connected graph G, T(G) can be decomposed into G and complete subgraphs of order equal to the degrees of each of the vertices in G. Also, T(G) can be decomposed into disjoint union of L(G) and q copies of C 3 , where q is the size of G.

In the second millennium, it realized the unique role of reason in the emancipation of individuals. Hence it augmented the establishment of institutions that catered to the sharpening of reason. In every part of the world, direct or indirect influence of the Church is seen in the spread of education. India is not an exception. Christianity in India was bit hesitant to open up educational ventures until 19th century. Openness to the world outside the walls of the Church in India was beyond one’s reason especially in the Catholic Circles of India. There came a prophet of change in the person of Fr. Kuriakose Elias Chavara who opened the first school India in 1846 for people of all walks of life with a mission of social inclusion. Later he was instrumental in commanding all the Churches under his jurisdiction under the threat of closure, to open schools attached to them. These two pioneering and daring steps taken by him could be considered as the most crucial steps that later helped Keralam, a state in the southern most tip of India, to be on par with developed nations of the world in many human development indices including literacy. This paper portraits the contributions of Fr. Kuriakose in the field of education and their effects.
