The current study addresses the linkage between technology adoption intention and its antecedents on the success of a very niche and unexplored segment of women entrepreneurs i.e., architects. Using a modified form of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model, this study uses structural equation modeling to test the proposed model. The model consists of the following constructs: Mental Access towards technology, Technical Skills, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Social Influence, Technology Adoption Intention, and Women Entrepreneurial Success. The data has been collected from 188 respondents using the chain referral sampling method. The benefit of this study can be seen as a better understanding of technology adoption which will help to reduce barriers that women architects face in technology adoption and devise strategies promoting entrepreneurial success for women architects working all over India.

Meaningfulness of work leads to positive job-related consequences, such as engaged, satisfied, productive, trustworthy, and devoted employees.
Purpose:
The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship between meaningfulness of work, employee engagement, and affective
commitment. Further, this study is also examined the mediating influence of affective commitment on the relationship between meaningfulness of
work and employee engagement.
Methods:
Researchers used a quantitative approach to collect data for the research by utilizing a cross-sectional survey design. The study included
standardized scales and was conducted on 319 employees working in the service sector of Punjab and Chandigarh, India.
Results:
The findings of the given study confirmed a positive relationship between meaningfulness of work, employee engagement, and affective
commitment.
Conclusion:
Moreover, affective commitment acts as a mediator on the relationship between the meaningfulness of work and employee engagement.
is opening up the doors for many telecom players from Europe, Asia and other parts of the world, resulting in
increased competition and tariff reductions. In the present competitive environment, the services perceived by the customers
and their behavioural intentions play a pivotal role in the customer switching process among service providers. With
the changing expectations of service quality, it becomes imperative to discover the gap between customer expectations and
customer perception. In this context, the aim of the present study is to identify the existing gap between customer expectations
and perceptions and investigate the relationship between post-experience perception of service quality and customers’
behavioural intentions. The data was collected from 500 customers in Delhi NCR, India. Paired sample t-test and
multiple correlation analysis were performed. The results of the study points out the key areas wherein the service gaps are
considerably high such as reliability and responsiveness. The customer behavioural intentions, such as “Complain to customer
service if a problem occurs”, “Switch to another service provider” and “Reducing the usage with a particular service
provider”, have shown a strong relationship with quality of service. The findings of the study confirm that the perceptions
of customers regarding the quality of service received definitely have an impact on their behaviour.
perceives things at the workplace. In spite of this, there is scant research on the
antecedents and consequences of psychological empowerment. This study is an
attempt to fill this gap by analyzing the mediating role of psychological empowerment
on the relationship between its antecedents (leader–member exchange) and its
consequences (work engagement and psychological withdrawal behavior). Data were
collected from 454 employees working in the Research and Development (R&D)
departments of the information technology (IT) and pharmaceutical sectors operating
in India. Results suggest that employees who have a high-quality relationship with their
leader have high psychological empowerment, they are highly engaged at work, and
their psychological withdrawal behavior is also low. In addition to this, high levels of
psychological empowerment have a positive impact on their engagement toward work,
which further leads to a low psychological withdrawal behavior. The theoretical and
practical implications of these results are discussed.
draw attention and get nearer to their potential clients. Therefore, it is essential for an educational institution to
identify the factors that affects the student’s choice of higher education institution. Knowledge of those factors is
imperative for competing and surviving in this competitive marketplace. Therefore, the objective of the current
research is to explore the factors that affect the student’s choice of higher educational institution in Indian context.
Based on expert interview and literature review, the researcher identified six antecedents (Location, Public Image,
Employability of Graduate, Promotions, Fee Structure and Quality of Academic Programs) that affect student’s choice
of higher educational institution. Data was collected from 454 students who were looking for a higher educational
institution in Chandigarh Tricity region, India. Results of the structural equation modeling shows that location, public
image, employability of graduates, promotions and academic quality has significant and positive impact on student’s
choice of higher educational institution in India. However, fee structure of the institute has negative impact on the
choice of a student regarding higher educational institution. The implications and limitations of the study is also
discussed. The present study examines the various factors that affect the student’s choice regarding the selection of a
higher educational institution in India context.
