Order sync needs three things working together: valid API credentials, active webhooks, and correct field mappings. Here's a quick checklist.

• Go to Dashboard → WooCommerce settings, enter your credentials, and click Verify connection.
• Click Transfer webhooks to register the order-created and order-updated hooks in WooCommerce.
• Check the Order sync logs for errors — most issues come from missing tax or journal mappings that are easy to fix.

Still stuck? Re-run Transfer webhooks, trigger a short date-range Sync orders job, and email the task ID to [email protected].
