Do I need to arrive on April 22?
It’s not mandatory, but highly recommended. April 22 is the arrival and check-in day, with early registration available. This way you’re rested and ready for the conference start on April 23.
What meals are included?
Breakfast is included with your hotel stay each day. On April 23 and 24, lunch and dinner are provided, along with happy hours in the afternoon. On April 24, there’s also an informal after-dinner party for networking.
Can I stay extra nights at the hotel?
Yes, of course. April 25 is the suggested check-out day, but you’re welcome to extend your stay if you’d like more time to explore Sicily.
