The Renovations
The cosmetic makeover saw high-end upgrades such as quartz countertops with a subway tile backsplash, acrylic tub surrounds, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and new custom-fit kitchen cabinetry. The required plumbing and venting were added to provide in-suite laundry for tenant convenience. For the enjoyment of all tenants, a recreation room and gym were constructed.
