I'm so excited. I went over to Kryptonsite and scanned their news page and what did I find? It was the first post and I was so extremely happy. Allison Mack is scheduled to direct episode twenty of this coming season. I'm so proud for her and can't wait until that episode airs. She's full of awesomeness. Yay Allison!

In other news, yes I am still reading Book 7. Usually I'm not this slow, but I've been so tired lately that when I sit down to read I catch myself dozing. I want to be WIDE awake for when I read the final book. I'm still staying away from spoilers so that kind of limits my web browsing. *g*

So my dad just called and gave me some bad news. They gave my Uncle Kerry 6 months top. I knew he was going to the doctor and I've seen him at the hospital (where I work) getting tests done, but I didn't really know how bad it was until now. We all thought he had cancer in his liver, which wouldn't have been so bad, but I guess it spread to his kidney, stomach, and now he has a bit in his bones too. It's just one thing after another in my family. My Uncle Kenny just died two years ago from Esophageal cancer, my cousin Faith (Kerry's daughter) passed away from a house fire just last year. I don't know how I'm going to handle this. I feel like everything is just falling apart.

So I keep myself busy. Thanks to kissme_myfool, and her Chlollie fic,I had some inspiration to make some Chlollie icons. Another small batch, but I was getting frustrated trying to figure out which images look good together. LOL.

I have been so drained latley. I've been starting work at 6am for the past few weeks and I think it's finally catching up to me. I haven't really had the energy to do much else. Although I did find time to take my mom up to Windsor so we could try our hand at the slots. Of course we walked away with nothing *sigh*. It's ok, we still have fun every time we go though.

I've been trying to catch up on my reading (see previous post). I'm on book nine of the Stephanie Plum Series and it's just fantastic. I have three more to go before book thirteen comes out. I also want to try to meet the author who will be on tour here I think on the 23rd of this month. Finding some poor yuppie to go with me is a tough job :-/ I don't want to go by myself either.

Anyways I actually got around to making some icons. I know it's not a lot but hey, it's been awhile :p

Nowhere. Seriously I haven't done anything with this journal in awhile. I've made no icons at all. I guess I just haven't really had the energy to do it. Or maybe it's just that I don't feel like doing it. Who knows. chelsea0403 has got me hooked on the Stephanie Plum Series (novels). She bought me the first book and I've been reading them like crack. I highly recommend them. Other then that I really haven't been doing much.

I do want to pimp out my Supernatural fanlistings though. If you're a fan, think about joining them ;) 2.09 Croatoan ; 2.17 Heart ; Season One
