New
We’re thrilled to announce the highly requested Sold Data feature is now available in our IDX plugin! Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
Data Availability: The availability of Sold Data varies by MLS. We support sold data if an MLS allows it for IDX display. Not seeing sold data on your site? Check with us and/or your MLS to see if it's allowed for IDX feeds.
Display Rules: Some MLSs may have data restrictions, such as prohibiting the display of the sold price, sale date, images. In these cases, our IDX plugin will adjust to comply with the MLS rules and omit any restricted data. We have also added selling agent/office attribution which will appear near the "listed by" disclaimers.
Listing Page Changes: We've updated the listing page to align with MLS-specific display rules, and we’ve removed features that aren’t relevant for sold listings, such as the mortgage calculator and tour request functions.
Data Limitations: Sold data will only include listings from the past 3 years, and it will be displayed separately from active, pending, or under contract listings. You’ll have the option to view only sold listings when you select the “sold” status filter in either the advanced or streamlined interface.
Lead Profiles: Agents will now see listings that their leads have previously viewed, which have since been sold. This is a great way to retain valuable insights and track client interests.
Saved Search Emails: Agents can now set up recommended searches for their leads for sold listings. This is a great way to keep clients informed about the market trends in their area. Leads can also create their own sold listings searches directly on the website.
We hope this new feature provides even more value to your IDX experience! Thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to continuing to improve your plugin experience.
