Adult Mental Health First Aid

Catskill Hudson AHEC has staff members certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid. This course aims to reduce stigma and increase empathy toward those with mental health challenges and teaches participants the signs, symptoms and risk factors of mental health and substance use challenges.
