cFosSpeed is for us, technical type, who know about networking and the benefits this program provides. I have been using this for years with highly improved Internet and Networking performance. This is not an "install and go" program. You really need to understand networking layers to enjoy the benefits. I will always use this program, until someone comes up with a better idea!
