Entries
The Entries app within CF7Apps helps you log form entries from Contact Form 7 forms, ensuring you never miss any submission.
Getting Started
- Navigate to the CF7 Apps Dashboard by clicking on the CF7 Apps Under the Contact Form 7 Menu.
- Click the Enable toggle on the Entries App, then click on the settings dynamic text on top of the card.

- In the Settings screen, click on the Entries tab.

- In the entries tab, you can view all Contact Form 7 submissions.
Note: If your forms are not being submitted, they will not show in Entries. To solve this issue, use an SMTP plugin like Post SMTP, which offers.

Sorting Entries
- Click on the All Forms dropdown and select a form.
- The entries will then be filtered to show only those for the selected form.

- To sort forms according to a specific timeframe, click on Select Date Range .

Viewing Specific Form Entries
- Locate the entry you want to view, then in its row, click View under the Actions column.

Deleting Entries
- To delete a single entry, locate the entry, then in its row, click Delete under the Actions column.
- To Bulk Delete entries, click on the Bulk Actions dropdown, select Delete, and choose the forms you want to delete.
