Education & Sales, Climate Clarity
Lea began her deep-dive into the climate crisis while pursuing a Masters in Petroleum Geoscience. Disturbed by this dissonance in her life, she decided to use her knowledge to raise awareness of climate change and not continue on her petroleum-based path. Lea is actively implementing everything she has learned to live a joyful and low-carbon lifestyle and is committed to spreading high-quality climate education in the UK.
Lea’s turning point came at the beginning of her Masters degree while reading a book about Zero Waste. Pulling that thread led her to becoming the climate education activist she is today, but the circular principles of Zero Waste stayed close to her heart!

Lizzie Gimblett
Founder, Pupils Profit
Lizzie founded Pupils Profit in 2014, initially combining enterprise education with a healthy school tuck shop model. The aim was to help children develop transferable skills and aspirations, while also encouraging their peers to make healthier food choices. Just before the COVID-19 lockdowns, Lizzie saw an opportunity to adapt the tuck shop into a school-based refill shop, helping families reduce single-use plastic while removing the barrier of convenience for busy parents.
With seed funding from Designing London’s Recovery Green New Deal, Lizzie piloted the concept in 12 London schools. Her work caught the attention of ReLondon’s Heston in the Loop project, and a collaborating began with several London borough councils. Additional funding allowed Pupils Profit to expand the model to schools outside of London, and it is now accessible to schools across the UK.
In September 2024, Pupils Profit successfully entered the EdTech space with the launch of its platform, ecorefillshop.com. Today, Pupils Profit supports more children than ever before, empowering them to develop real-world skills while making it easier for their communities to refill via their school refill shops.

Paul Gaughan
Founder, Lumybel
Paul Gaughan is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past 25 years, he has held senior board positions within the London Fit Out Sector. He also serves as Chair of the CIOB Cambridge Hub and contributes to the Finishes and Interiors Sector (FIS) through its Sustainability Leadership Group.
Paul believes that leaders in the construction industry share a responsibility to shape not only a better built environment but also a better industry — one where sustainable practices are standard. The era of “business and building as usual” is over. Through Lumybel, he is working to fundamentally change how we build, create, and curate spaces.
He advocates for a complete mindset shift across the construction sector. Companies must move away from traditional models toward a purpose-driven agenda, adopting sustainable, low-carbon solutions that align with both financial constraints and environmental goals. Paul is confident there is a better way — one that balances purpose, planet, and the people who live and work within the spaces we create.
