- Special Events & Media Coordinator — Department of Architecture

This role is ideal for a highly organized, design-savvy professional with a strong background in event planning and digital communications. The coordinator will lead the planning and execution of a wide range of departmental events—including lectures, exhibitions, symposia, and final reviews—while also developing integrated media and visual content that reflects the department’s design excellence.
Key aspects of the position include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of events, from concept through production and post-event deliverables
- Developing multimedia content across web, social media, email, and print platforms
- Collaborating with faculty, students, and visiting speakers
- Overseeing event logistics, budgets, and communications strategy
- Supervising student assistants and coordinating creative production
The position offers a salary range of $81,500–$98,000 annually and is eligible for up to 40% hybrid work.
