Thanks to the bitch who is linking to my brushes and reposting them (see the link here), I'm shutting down my journal. None of the links to my brushes will work anymore. I will, however, be more than happy to give them to you on AIM. Feel free to send me a message. I'm on as Floating Speck. I will no longer be making my brushes or textures available on Live Journal. Thank you to everyone who left me comments. It really made me feel great.

Edit 10/24/05: I'm slowly working on getting my website up so I can get these back online. I've turned off direct linking (how sad that I had to) but at least people will still be able to get to them. ^_^ Thanks to everyone who has left kind words. I appreciate them!

12 new icon bases. 2 use brushes by inxsomniax and 1 uses brushes by oh_pants. All the others use brushes I made myself. All bases use my own gradients. The sample icons were made using the three bases in the example picture along with other brushes and textures.

I made these bases with the use of brushes made by myself and by others. This was my first attempt at making bases. The sample picture above shows 3 example of bases in the image pack along with 3 icons I made using the bases (along with other brushes and gradients). I hope you like them. Positive feedback and/or constructive criticism is welcome. Perhaps I'll make more. There are a total of 19 bases in this imagepack.

Because this is a mixed pack of gradients and brushes (and mostly intended to be used as a base or layer style) there is no .abr just an image pack. Click on the image above to download the image pack. 36 100x100 base/texture/gradient/whatevers included in the pack. Go wild you crazy icon makers!
None of these were made using anyone elses images. I made them all myself and with a little help from this tutorial by jubilli.

As you can see by the example above, there really is no theme to these gradients. The reason for that is because I made them just for myself to use on my own icons. As I started making more, I figured I might as well share them. My favorite of the whole pack is the second to last on the bottom row. I've probably over-used it on my icons. *blush*
