Call for Posters

Posters are an effective way to present ongoing research, partial or preliminary results, and to receive valuable feedback from experts in the field. The CARLA 2026 poster sessions will provide an interactive environment where students, researchers, and practitioners can showcase their latest work, discuss their findings, and engage in fruitful exchanges with colleagues. These sessions aim to inspire collaboration and strengthen the HPC community throughout Latin America and beyond.

Research topics for this Call for Posters are the same as those in the main conference.

  • Poster submission deadline: August 2, 2026
  • Poster author notification: August 9, 2026
  • Poster camera-ready version: August 23, 2026
  • Conference dates: September 21-25, 2026

Poster proposal submissions should include a concise abstract (maximum 250 words), the title of the work, and the names, institutional affiliations, and ORCID identifiers of all authors. The abstract must clearly summarize the research problem under investigation, the proposed approach or methodology, and any preliminary or final results obtained.

Submissions must be written in English and submitted electronically through the conference submission system at submission website. Accepted posters will be published on CERN’s Zenodo platform, where each accepted poster will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Posters will be evaluated by the conference’s Poster Committee during the poster session, and an award will be given to the best poster presentation. At least one author of each accepted poster is required to register for the conference and present the work in person.
