Georgia Lassner grew up in Newton, Massachusetts. From age fourteen she attended the Walnut Hill School for the Arts, where she studied writing. Georgia earned her Bachelors of Arts from Bennington College, taking a special interest in sculpture and drawing, and spending most of her studies in the ceramics studio. After college, she moved to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming an artist. She worked in many artist studios and as a ceramic glaze technician at Hunter College. Georgia also worked as a receptionist at Tsao & McKown architects in New York, where she met many people who shared her passion for art and design. In 2014 Georgia moved to Los Angeles to attend the California Institute of the Arts where she recently completed her Masters of Fine Art. She lives in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles with her two cats and her lovely wife.
